VILLAGE OF RAYMOND COMMUNITY INFORMATION

HALL RENTAL

The Raymond Village Hall is avilable for rent by both residents and non-residents.
The main hall measures approximately 38 x 52 feet (approx. 1976 sq. ft.) with a capacity of 207.
There is also a small hall measuring 26 x 20 with a capacity of 60.
Rental includes use of the kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, double sink and range/oven.
Rentals include the use of 16 white plastic rectangular 6 ft. tables and approximately 140 folding chairs.
There is also an outdoor pavilion with picnic tables and a small kitchen with a refrigerator and sink.

Rental fees (per day):
Raymond Residents: $100 for inside and/or outside plus $100 refundable security deposit/cleaning fee
Non-Residents: $200 for inside, $150 for outside OR $300 for both plus $100 refundable security deposit/cleaning fee

A collection box and pallets are located in the North parking lot of Village Hall near the tennis courts March through November.

Please place TVs on the pallets and smaller items in the container
